Hello,I ordered through order up at 9:53 PM, and haven't received my order by 11:02 PM. I was not able to reach you by telephone and I'm worried that you won't come at all. I would like to know how to get a refund given that I paid beforehand with a credit card.

I'd have to agree with one of the reviewers that this place has the best general tso's in town. It's lightly breaded and their flavor is top notch. What I really like is their consistency. I've ordered 5 times and every time they did not disappoint. Try this place out if you are ever in town. It's fantastic.

Very good food and a very reasonable price. Ordered an egg roll, spring rolls, hot and sour soup and also a vegetable fried rice. The total was less than $13 and all of the items ordered were good. Plus it only took about five minutes for them to make everything.

My girlfriend and I ordered Seafood soup, 5 spice Beef and Seafood Delight in brown sauce. My 5 spice Beef was like eating salt. It tasted like Mexican salty beef. The rice was dry, and the soup tasted frozen. The Seafood Delight was typical but nothing special.

Did this place go downhill or did I just go on an off night? Or was everyone else high and craving Chinese when they wrote their reviews? Either way, I was disappointed here.As is the case for most of us Americans, I can't help but love some greasy "Chinese" food from time to time. And I'm not a big fan of the authentic stuff, anyway. So that's not my complaint at all. My complaint is that the food just didn't taste good.We ordered from here on a night when Fuji & Jade was too busy to take phone orders and the food was straight up abysmal. The dumplings were small, hard, and lacked flavor, the General Tso's was soggy with too much breading, and the cold sesame noodles had a brown oily sauce on them instead of the usual creamy sauce, which I was not into. The price was good for the amount of food, but I don't think I'd risk ordering from here again.
